Who do you supply?
We supply a wide variety of industries including printers, the corrugated board industry, box makers, automotive industry, foam converters, the leather and textile industry and hobbyist die-cutters.
Where are you located?
In the centre of Northampton with easy truck access.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all parts of England, Wales and Scotland. We operate two vehicles and also use reliable, tracked 24 hour couriers to send out smaller formes.
What is your average turnaround time for tools?
We normally operate on a 48 hour turnaround but actual turnaround times will be given at the time of order/quote.
Can you supply laser cut templates?
Yes – most templates can be achieved using laser grade plywood in various thicknesses.
Do you offer a box gluing service?
Yes we do - we can glue most corrugated FEFCO boxes - please contact us for details.
What is the minimum amount of bespoke sized boxes i can order?
We can make a minimum of 50 boxes (FEFCO 0201 and 0203 styles) - please contact us for an instant price.
What height cutting rules can you supply?
We can automatically bend up to 50mm rule and go as low as 22-00.
What height Wood can you supply for my tools?
We have 15mm and 18mm plywood in stock at all times. We carry a small amount of 12mm and 9mm as well.
What file types can you accept?
We accept DXF, CF2, EPS, AI, PDF (to scale) and various other CAD drawings.
I have a sample of something I want a tool for, can you make a die from a sample?
Yes – we can convert most samples into a trace which is usable for print or cutting.
Can you make a one-off corrugated/card sample?
Yes –we have the ability to draw, cut and crease samples inhouse. please email/call us for more information.
Can you repair a broken cutting forme?
We offer a repair service on tools we have made and also offer a competitive price on a new tool if required.
