Die Making
Fast Finish regularly produces cutting formes for platens, Rollerpress, Maramatsu, Cuir, T-Series, Bobst, Yung Shin, Heidelberg and cylinder machines.
We supply cutting formes for print finishing, flat bed corrugated and folding carton industries, foam converters, case inserts and gasket manufacturing industries.
We produce gasket tools for the automotive industry, soundproofing gaskets, fuel cell gaskets, case insert tools and foam box insert tools.
We produce bespoke male/female blanking and stripping units (supplied from customer specifications) for Bobst and Eterna die-cutter machines, Heidelberg Promatrix machines and manual stripping units.
We use Impact CAD Design software and we can accept design work in the following formats: CF2, DXF, AI, BF, EPS and PDF.
With the cutting edge equipment that we have invested in we are able to make precision cutting formes more efficiently than ever before. Combining the latest technology on the market with over 120 years of diemaking experience.
We hold most punch sizes in stock alongside a vast selection of cutting, creasing, perforating, wave and deckle edge rules. We work in the following: 2pt, 3pt, 4pt and High Rule.
Box Making
We excel at small run, bespoke box making. With our Autobox and Proglue glueing machine we are able to make small runs (minimum order 50 boxes) of 0201 and 0203 (FEFCO) box styles.
We hold both 150 KT B flute and double wall EB flute in stock allowing us a fast turnaround time on orders. We have the ability to machine glue (water based, non toxic glue) or hand glue where necessary.
With our diemaking capabilities we are also able to produce cutting dies for more complicated box styles and we can also die-cut them (subject to size) at our Northampton premises.

Print Finishing
Founded in 1984, we are the longest established trade print finisher in the Midlands. We serve a wide variety of customers in and around Northampton as well as in locations such as Milton Keynes, Kettering, Corby, Rugby, Leicester, Cambridge, Bedford, Wellingborough, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Daventry, Birmingham and beyond.
Our services include die cutting, embossing/debossing, guillotining, kiss cutting and hand make up. Our staff have over 100 years combined experience in the industry and we are an integral part of the printing trade in the Midlands, maintaining good long term relationships with our customers, with finishing quality second to none.
Kiss Cutting
Our diemakers are experts at creating intricate kiss cutting tools of various shapes and sizes, all made to precise customer specifications.
We also offer an in-house kiss cutting service for sheets sized SRA3 or below. Our operators have over 80 years combined experience in hand fed kiss-cut runs.
We pride ourselves in producing the highest quality kiss cut stickers.
Laser Cutting
We offer a laser cutting service for 12mm, 15mm and 18mm plywood.
Examples of what we have produced include menu boards for restaurants, decorative screens, business signs, coasters and artwork installations.
